The aim of this retrospective cohort study is to compare survival rates from the Dutch Arthroplasty Register (LROI) of Metal versus Osseous augmentation of the glenoid component in Reversed Shoulder Arthroplasty (RSA). All patients aged 18 and older registered in the LROI who underwent primary reverse shoulder arthroplasty with either

metal or osseous glenoid augmentation will be included. The enrolment period will cover surgeries performed between 2004 and 2024, with follow-up data available until November 2025. To adjust for potential confounders, revision rates for any cause will be analyzed using Cox proportional hazards models.analyzed using Cox proportional hazards models.
